Solution #1: Manage Windows Firewall Access

If your Windows Firewall is blocking SKSE64 from running, then you have to give access.

Step 3: Click on that APPID number. A new page will open. Here select the Depot option.

Step 4: Write your section ID number, which is next to ‘Skyrim Special Edition.exe’.

Step 5: Again, you have to click on the number, and then a new page opens. Here click on the Manifests option.

Step 6: Now note the number which is older than the latest release.

Step 7: Then right-click on the Steam on desktop > properties > Type ‘console’ in the Target box (Don’t leave a space at the end) > Apply > OK.

Step 8: Type ‘ ’ + App ID number OR depot ID number OR manifest ID number > enter.

Step 9: Then go to that folder where your older version of Skyrim is downloaded.

Step 10: Find the exe file and copy it to the game installation folder, which is in C drive normally.
